3 hours unwrapped
sprayed with apple juice once an hour
2 hours wrapped in foil
one hour unwrapped in stubbs original bbq sauce apple juice glaze
a lot spicier than last time. I should have used a homemade sauce. maybe next time don't finish off unwrapped because of the darkness to the ribs. Also next time buy quality ribs so I can cut st louis style. The texture is a lot better. I'm getting there!
