Beer can chicken with hot n steamy pron

This was tonight's dinner. I have done beer can chicken a few times. It was on about an hour and a half at around 300. It tasted very good but it needed a few more minutes to fall off the bone.

Maybe next time lower temp longer time? Im just a rookie so I would appreciate any tips you guys might have.

After we ate there was still a little heat on the coals so made banana boats. The look like crap but taste gooood!

really no coals left but it was enough to get the job done.
