My first attempt at ribs on the UDS. Made many mistakes.
1. sugar based rub...blackened apearence.
2. needed more cooking time...only around 3.5 hrs in uds
3. did not cut them st louis style
thanks to the brethren forum the learning curve is fast

they were still tasty despite my blunders
