I've been busy bbqing and grilling.
my first attempt at pizza on the Kamado
And my Easter overnight pulled pork! It cooked it on my UDS for around 13 hrs.
with some homemade bbq sauce and cole slaw.
well now I have the blogger app on my phone so now I can post more often.

this time no sugar based rub. uds 230 degrees 3 hours unwrapped sprayed with apple juice once an hour 2 hours wrapped in foil one hour unwrapped in stubbs original bbq sauce apple juice glaze a lot spicier than last time. I should have used a homemade sauce. maybe next time don't finish off unwrapped because of the darkness to the ribs. Also next time buy quality ribs so I can cut st louis style. The texture is a lot better. I'm getting there!
